The Work consists of approximately 7,939 LF of wastewater pipe being removed and replaced divided into three (3) groups: Group 2. 1547 LF of 6" diameter pipe and 3192 LF of 8" diameter pipe being removed and replaced south of N. Capital of Texas Highway in Wildridge Drive and including Rockcrest Circle, Bluffridge Drive, Wildridge Drive, Greenridge Place, and Cliffwood Cove (Grids H-32 and J-32). Group 5. 505 LF of 6" diameter pipe and 1,680 LF of 8" diameter pipe being removed and replaced south of Highway 183 near Fathom Circle and including Oceanaire Boulevard and Fathom Circle (Grids G-36 and G-37). Group 6. Approximately 379 LF of 6" diameter pipe and 636 LF of 8" diameter pipe being removed and replaced south of N. Capital of Texas Highway near Alverstone Way and including Alverstone Way and Appalachian Drive (Grids H-32). Work within each project group includes bypass pumping, wastewater service connections, trench observation for void and water flow, erosion and sedimentation controls, traffic controls, and gutter to gutter mill and overlay for final pavement restoration including pavement markings. Work also includes removal and disposal of abandoned asbestos cement pipe, where encountered Location of Project A. The Project is divided into Groups 2, 5, and 6, that respectively begin at Rockcrest Circle, Bluffridge Dr, Wildridge Dr, Greenridge Place, Cliffwood Cv, Oceanaire Blvd, Fathom Circle, Alvestone Way, Appalachian Dr, Bramblecrest Dr . The project location/route is shown on the Drawings.
