The Town of Trion is seeking bids for an Equipment Shed/Pole Barn. This building will be a steel structure 50 feet wide x 125 feet long x 16 feet high, with one (1) 25 foot x 50 foot bay enclosed and insulated. All bid proposals must be submitted on the form supplied and meet the minimum requirements as specified on the Town of Trion minimum requirements list. See minimum requirements list and drawing for more information. All prices quoted shall be FOB at the Town of Trion Maintenance Office at 564 Fourth Street, Trion GA 30753, unless otherwise stated. All charges including shipping, freight, applicable taxes, assembly/construction, and miscellaneous cost shall be included in the prices quoted. Estimated start and completion dates must be stated in bid documents. The Town of Trion reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Trion further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the contract for a period not to exceed 60 days after the receipt of bids.
