Double Application Surface Treatment 13,500 S.Y. 3. Double Application Surface Treatment with 1/4 " Stone 28,000 S.Y. Provide mix design with sealed bid proposal 4. Bituminous Fog Seal for bituminous seal coats 28,000 S.Y. 5. Rubberized Crack Sealer 2,700 Gallons 6. Superpave & Cold Patch 7. Various Sized Aggregates Suppliers may bid on any or all items. A Bid Bond is not required, but successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall deliver a Performance Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount of 50% of the contract amount. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted through electronically. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids in the best interest of the Township. Bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting April 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Newberry Township Municipal Building, 1915 Old Trail Road, Etters, PA 17319.
