In general, the Project consists of Repair and replacement of areas of existing pavement. All new parking lots including stormwater basins and utility construction. Graphics and Signage elements for the campus and new and existing parking lots. Accessory structures including concrete and steel colonnades and Gabion rock screen walls. Some building element modifications.Lump-sum bids will be received on a single prime construction contract for the entire Work. Excavation or paving contractors may be the lead contractor. Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids. HSR Associates is responsible for distribution of addenda to only those that have requested project documents from HSR in formats described above.Note that HSR Associates offers a printing service of documents including single sheets or entire document. Contact HSR for rates.Upon award of Contract, Autocad files will be made available from HSR upon request.
