The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has a requirement to Construct a new wood framed cabin. The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, the following principal features: Construct new wood framed cabin at Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area consisting of concrete foundation, western red cedar siding and interior walls, cedar laminated flooring, standing seam metal roof and wood truss roof structure. The site of the proposed work is in the Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The areas concerned in this project are government owned and will not be in use during the course of this project. Work shall be performed during normal duty hours identified as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, legal public holidays accepted.
