Installation of 2,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe and appurtenances, installation of 52' of 12'x5' precast concrete box culvert, replacement of 3,800 square yards of pavement. Completion Date: 07/19/2019 The estimated project cost for the sanitary sewer and culvert as of December 2018 is $900,000.00. The project consists of installing the new sanitary sewer along Horns Hill Road between Earl Drive to the south and Welcome Road to the north at a depth of about 15 feet. The project also includes replacing an old box culvert immediately north of Licking Springs Road, where the sewer will be about 15 feet below grade. North of the culvert, the sewer rises to about 6-7 feet deep in the roadway
