This Project is Situated as Follows: From a Point Approximately 0.7 Miles West of the Sr 3025 Intersection on Sr 6011 at Segment 0270 Offset 0757 (Station 1008+50) to a Point Approximately 1.7 Miles South of Interstate 81 on Sr 6011 Segment 0280 Offset 0300 (Station 16+50) With a Total Work Area Length of 1321 Feet (0.25 Miles). The Project Involves the Replacement of an Existing Two-span Structure Carrying Sr 6011 Over the Lackawanna River. The Existing Span 1 Includes Steel Plate Girders, and the Existing Span 2 Includes Adjacent Box Beams. The Proposed Structure Will Be a Single Span Composite Stell Plate Girder Bridge With 2 Travel Lanes, 1 Center Turn Lane, Shoulders, and Sidewalks. Approach Work Includes Full Depth Pavement Reconstruction, Curb and Sidewalk Replacement, Signal Work at Ross Avenue, Construction of an Access Road From Diamond Ave to the Existing Western Abutment, Full Depth Reconstruction on Nay Aug Avenue, and Mill and Overlay at the Sr 6011 and Main Avenue Intersection. Traffic Control Will Be Maintained With a 2 Lane Temporary Road and Bridge Over the Lackawanna River and Temporary Signal at Ross Avenue and Main Avenue.
