Q&A Deadline 08/24/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% The work consists of asphalt concrete pavement resurfacing within the existing parking lot, construction of speed hump and ADA access ramps, concrete sidewalks, adjustment of utility structures, striping of crosswalks, lighting removal and replacement, removal, and replacement of post & rail fence, remove and replacement of an existing wood fence, construction of the wood deck and steps, cable railing, helical piles, and connections, handrails, concrete paving with embossment, regrading, and installation of decomposed granite pathway, construction of stage improvements, amphitheater benches, and interpretive exhibits and shelving, installation of ADA directional signage, construction of wood bollards, and landscape tie edging, demolition and installation of electrical lighting. The awarded Contractor and subcontractors shall pay not less than the higher of the two rates contained in the current general prevailing wage rate(s) and per diem rate(s) established by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California, (as set forth in the Labor Code of the State of California, commencing at Section 1770 et seq.), or by the Secretary of Labor (as set forth in Davis-Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. 267a, et seq.).
