Upgrades to and Rehabilitation of Eight pumping Stations currently in service in the Group 7. The stations included are as follows; Bloor St storm sewer; Islington Ave storm sewer; Martin Grove Rd storm sewer; Roxborough Dr sewage sewer; Todmorden Mills sewage sewer; Hanlans Point sewage sewer; Hanlans Point sewage sewer; Maclean Ave Detention tank, and Kenilworth Ave Detention tank. The scope includes upgrades to storm, sewage and detention tanks. TIMELINE: The consultant has completed a detailed design study. The study includes all civil, structural/architectural, mechanical and electrical design. The Group 7 SPS Tender 1 - Bloor, Islington, Martin Grove SWPS and Sunnyside SPS has been issued by the owner and is under review. Construction start is expected early 2024, with completion expected summer, 2026. It is not finalized if there will be multiple tenders or one contractor secured for this project.
