Apartments consist of three bedroom, four bedroom, five bedroom and six bedroom units in two story buildings with basements. The site is at the corner of Quebec Rd. and Provincial Ct. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Two units will be converted to a fully accessible UFAS compliant units and four units will be converted to sensory impaired units.
