The Dormitory Authority - State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting the services of General Contractor (GC) to provide the labor and material required to complete the renovation of the OASAS - Creedmoor ATC - Bldg. 19 facility located at 80-45 Winchester Blvd, Queens Village, NY 11427. The scope of work for this project consists of phased interior and exterior renovation of the existing building 19 and annex building. The renovation includes but not limited to abatement and remediation work associated with asbestos and mold materials, new accessible front entrance ramp, demolition and earthwork, new finishes in existing rooms to remain, the installation of casework in new offices, the relocation of existing bathrooms, Additionally, the project will be permitted by DASNY and is designed under the New York State Building Codes. The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (''DASNY'') has determined that its interest in obtaining the best work at the lowest possible price, preventing favoritism, fraud and corruption, and other considerations such as the impact of delay, the possibility of cost savings advantages and any local history of labor unrest are best met by use of a Project Labor Agreement (''PLA'') on this Project. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% If you are ordering by mail, please include ALL the following on a transmittal with your check or money order. *Estimated project cost is in the range of $8.5 - $10 million. * *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
