The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Maintenance of Equipment Department requires the technical services of a Contractor, experienced in the design and installation of Fall Protection Systems, to conduct a fall hazard survey and determine an appropriate design for installation testing and training of a new Fall Protection and Recovery System, including a method for fixed rail car rooftop access inside our West Side Shop facility located on Manhattan's west side in New York City where there is a known issue with unavailable rail car roof access and fall protection. This is an A + B Bidding Contract. Est $ Range: $1M- $5M *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
