Reference number: 20020735 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-10-07 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 3 The Town of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson is seeking tenders for interior fit-up work including, but not limited to, an exterior entrance roof, interior partitions, mechanical work, electrical work including an electrical meter for the gym only, and wall, floor and ceiling surfaces at 96 chemin Masson in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson. A bid bond for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount of the bid, in the form of a certified cheque made out to the City of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson or a surety bond, must accompany the bid and be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid opening date. A surety's undertaking must also accompany the tender for the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for guarantees, materials and services, each equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the tender, including taxes.
