The improvement includes new High-Intensity Activated Cross Walk (HAWK) pedestrian signal, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk, pavement markings, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 665-274/308, located on Hull Avenue at Findley Elementary School, Hull Avenue at Cattell Elementary School, 31st Street at Callanan Middle School, and County Line Road at Studebaker Elementary School, and other locations directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $500,000.00 City of Des Moines is pleased to provide accommodations to individuals with disabilities or groups and encourages participation in City government. To better serve you, please notify us at least three business days in advance when possible at 515-283-4209, should special accommodations be required. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 30, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. Preletting Conference. None.
