Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Contractor for a total unit refresh to the complete interior/exterior of one occupied (unit 1 tenant belongings only will be in unit) and one vacated suite. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: plumbing and fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors, painting, and electrical fixtures, roofing/siding doors and windows. This Scope of Work is intended to provide a total unit refresh to the complete interior/exterior of one occupied (unit 1 tenant belongings only will be in unit) and one vacated suite. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Plumbing and fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors, painting, and electrical fixtures, roofing/siding doors and windows. Please refer to the detailed scope of work for more information. Bidders must provide the following with the bid submission when the total bid amount is equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) inclusive of taxes: Type: Bid Bond Amount: 10% of total bid amount A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price; A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
