This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by the City of Saskatoon (the "City") for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below. The City of Saskatoon requires snow dump pushing services, on "as-and-when-required" basis, at Wanuskewin, Central Ave, and Civic Operations Centre snow storage sites. Time-Frame for Delivery, Duration of Contract and Extension Options It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded November 2024 It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with up to three (3) legal entities. The term of the Agreement is to commence upon contract execution and remain in effect until June 30, 2026, with the option to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional two-year period upon the following conditions being met: i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii. Contractor must have performed satisfactorily as determined solely by the City of Saskatoon; iii. the services are still required; iv. the services are still required to be outsourced; and v. budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote this requirement if there are substantiative changes to quantities or the scope of the work.
