The work, to be performed under the City of Marysville's 2024 Neighborhood Traffic Safety (NTS) Program Project, shall include four (4) raised crosswalks, ten (10) speed tables, pavement repair, planning bituminous pavement, signing, channelization, restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $69,729.10 Please address any comments and questions you may have to Jesse L. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty five (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
