Reference Number 0000363122 This project is the renovation of the old County of Rockland Highway Department Administration Building and Garages. The reconstruction of this entire facility will address all compliance with current NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and Energy Conservation Code. The construction of the new Sheriff's Operations Building will consist of all new interior finishes, floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, computer, data, telephone, ADA compliance, bathrooms, locker rooms, windows and doors, roofing, furnishings, equipment, and all other related building construction. This project will be contracted to a single prime General Contractor, who shall be responsible to coordinate and manage the work of all trades and subcontractors working on or supplying materials required to execute the contract. The entirety of this project will be performed in accordance with the rules and stipulations provided by the Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The total Contract Time from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed until the total closeout of the project shall be 425 Calendar Days. The Contract Time to perform the construction work shall be 365 Calendar Days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion.
