Bids for the Construction of the Center Street Park Public Water Service, Generally Consisting of the Installation of a Pre-cast Concrete Water Meter and Backflow Prevention Vault and Associated 1.5 Inch Hdpe Water Service Pipe. The Project Will Also Include the Installation of a 2 Inch Conduit in a Common Trench for Future Use. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Location : online portal Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. Kingston Township does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. Kingston Township is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. The Kingston Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. Bids may be held by Owner for a period of not to exceed sixty days (60) from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of a Contract.
