Richfield Facility Renovations The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain Professional, Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for the design of renovations for Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) Richfield facility. The scope of work for this project includes parking lot replacement(s), including but not limited to, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks/aprons, exterior stair replacement, concrete pads, curbs, and drain basins. The scope of the project also includes interior renovations of OPOTA workspaces, classrooms, administrative, and auxiliary spaces converted to BCI functional spaces. The interior renovations scope of work will include, but is not limited to, MEP & Technology, Fire Protection, lighting modifications to support layout changes, and finishings & furniture. The Owner or Contracting Authority may require the A/E to conduct background checks of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors that will be on-site during the term of the Project as directed by the Owner or Contracting Authority. The cost of the background checks will be borne by the A/E. The Contracting Authority or Owner may require the A/E to exclude the A/E's employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors based on the background check results. Upon request of the Owner or Contracting Authority, the A/E will do a background check of its new employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors that will be on site during the term of the Contract. Total Project Cost: $3,728,105.00 Construction Notice to Proceed: 10 / 25 Substantial Completion of all Work: 08 / 26 Professional Services Completed: 10 / 26 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
