The City of San Luis Obispo is requesting sealed proposals for encampment clean-up and other as-needed debris removal services. The City of San Luis Obispo (the "City") is requesting proposals for Encampment Clean-up and other as needed debris removal services in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected Contractor will provide these services throughout the City. This RFP contains the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive proposal. Contractors are responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. By submitting a finished proposal packet, the Contractor represents that it has thoroughly examined and become familiar with the work required within this proposal and that it is capable of performing quality work to achieve the City's objectives. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal, or portions thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities within the proposals. The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for encampment site clean-up and other, as-needed trash removal/debris removal within the City limits with the goal to keep waterways, parks, and public spaces free of debris and trash to protect the environment and provide safe use of public areas. Services will be performed on an as needed basis which will fluctuate. The City anticipates service needs 2-4 days per month.
