For the construction of the project: D.R. Horton - Texas, LTD. acting on behalf of Wildflower Municipal Utility District of Hunt County For the construction of Utility Improvements to serve Wildflower, Phase 1 City of Josephine ETJ and City of Josephine Hunt County, Texas JBI Project No. HOE338 Bids submitted by parties not attending the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will not be accepted or opened. Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 12,879 LF of 16", 12", and 8" onsite water, 2,690 LF of 16" offsite water, 10,060 LF of 12", 10", and 8" onsite sanitary sewer, 2,972 LF of 8" offsite force main, an onsite lift station, and 10,034 LF of 7' x 5' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, construction plans, and City of Josephine specifications to serve 313 lots on approximately 120.060 acres. The project is located West and North of the intersection of CR 2704 and FM 6 in City of Josephine ETJ, Hunt County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
