The Williston Recreation & Parks Department is requesting quotes to form and pour a 30'x40' concrete pad with a 12' x 5' walkway for a picnic shelter. The pad must be installed before May 30, 2025. DESIGN The contractor must supply a quote for the following. Update Design Info- 9/23/2024 o Form and pour 1- 30' x 40', 5" main slab with Deep edge, 10" thick and 16" wide. #4 rebar mat, 24" OC both ways. Saw cut. 2 pours on slab connected with dowels and set bars around the outside edge. Spray with sealer. o Form and pour a 12' x 5' walkway, 5" thick. INSTALL o The contractor is responsible for installing all specified concrete pad and walkway materials. o The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and services required for proper installation and completion of the work, whether each necessary item is mentioned or not. SITE CONDITIONS o The grading and prep work will be done before the installation of the pad. o There are water and power utilities on site. FURNISH The contractor will provide and deliver all specified equipment to the job site, as well as all other required construction materials and supplies. The contractor will also pay for all labor necessary to load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies.
