James City County Department of General Services is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform asphalt repair work for multiuse trails in James City County. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, consumables, and supplies required to provide the work under this project which consists of approximately fourteen (14) separate patches, for a rough total of five hundred eight (508 SY) square yards of patching, across three trail locations: five (5) locations along JCC Recreation Center Trail, eight (8) locations at Veterans Park Trail and one (1) location at Freedom Park. There will be NO Pre-Bid Conference. There are NONE required for this project. The Procurement Department shall be the sole point of contact for this solicitation. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Silke Hudgins, Senior Procurement Specialist via email to silke.hudgins@jamescitycountyva.gov and will be accepted from any and all Bidders. Inquiries should include the IFB number, title and be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on October 3, 2024. SCOPE OF WORK James City County Department of General Services is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform asphalt repair work for multiuse trails in James City County. All areas to be patched are found within James City County along the trails at: JCC Recreation Center, located at 5301 Longhill Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188, Veterans Park, located at 3793 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188, and Freedom Park, located at 5537 Centerville Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
