The Department of Technology Management and Budget and in partnering with the Michigan State Police is seeking proposals to update the fire alarm systems at the two locations noted above. Northville is approximately 43,000 SF and Oak Park 16,000 SF. Attendees can page through existing drawings available at the time of the visit. Drawings will not be posted. Another location at northern Michigan to be added after the construction completion of these 2 locations. The added location is not part of this scope. Both locations to be part of one bid package. Phases included are 100 through 700. The RFP calls for reviews and deliverables at 50% and 90% of phases 100 through 500. This number of reviews and deliverables is excessive, and it is not required. The Phases and deliverables can be combined to yield 35%, 75%, 90% and 100%, bidding. Set aside some time to assemble closing documents. Fire Alarm Panel Replacements 2 locations: 1. Meeting's location: During design one site meeting at each location and then all other design meeting to be via Microsoft Teams.
