The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms that are highly qualified in water, wastewater and recycled water treatment, wastewater collections, water distribution, operations, regulatory compliance, permitting, optimization, and construction phase services. Introduction: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms that are highly qualified in water, wastewater and recycled water treatment, wastewater collections, water distribution, operations, regulatory compliance, permitting, optimization, and construction phase services. The intent is to issue 5-year agreement(s) for up to $1,000,000 with each qualified firm. The City is under no obligation to issue more than a single contract, but may issue multiple contracts based on qualifications. The contract will be on a task order basis and no task orders are guaranteed. Task orders will be issued based on the estimated value of the work, complexity, schedule, qualifications, and previous involvement with the work. The City will make every effort to issue task orders to all pre-qualified firms in similar amounts over the life of the contract.
