Description of Services: The City of Lebanon is seeking qualification packets from engineering consultants to provide civil engineering design services over the next 3-YEARS, beginning in 2025, for Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects and other projects as they develop. Design services may include but may not be limited to: complete roadway reconstruction design, water main and all appurtenances extension and/or replacement, sanitary sewer replacement /rehabilitation or extension, storm sewer design, roundabout designs, traffic signal design, and safety/corridor studies. Qualification Requirements: The successful consultants must have excellent credentials from successfully completed projects with the same scope and complexity as projects in the CIP, for completing projects on a fast track timeline with quality assurance/quality control and the ability to stay on schedule; specialized experience with roadway reconstruction design, ADA and PROWAG guidelines as they pertain to public streets, water main replacements/extensions, sanitary sewer main replacements/extensions, storm sewer sizing and replacements, and traffic signal design/modifications. Experience with roundabout design, safety studies and corridor studies are also being is also being requested. Selection Criteria: The selection criteria will be based on the following, but not limited to, minimum requirements: (1) Overall quality of the submitted qualifications packet; (2) professional qualifications of staff assigned to projects; (3) similar project experiences; (4) reference checks and/or past performances; and (5) complete submittal of requested items in the Information Packet. All qualification packets will be reviewed, evaluated, and scored by city staff. Once the rankings are finalized, up to ten (10) design firms will be shortlisted for design services over the three (3) year period. Rankings will be based on the total combined score of all reviews. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to accept or reject any qualification packet received.
