The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiation for a qualified consultant to conduct an annual community survey for City of Fairfax residents to gauge policy priorities, quality of service delivery, and customer satisfaction for the City Government of Fairfax, Virginia. The City seeks an Offeror that has specific experience in the preparation and implementation of surveys for a State Agency or Political Subdivision. It is expected that the selected Offeror shall prepare a community survey that will help the City understand its strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities to help measure current performance and develop a vision for future growth and development in the City of Fairfax. The contract term will begin on January 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025. The City further reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such offeror fails to satisfy the City that such offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
