Housing Strategy. The contract period will be for the time needed for completion as indicated in the proposal, but the work must be completed no later than December 31, 2025. Evaluation and Award Award will be made to the lowest and best responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the City.
