Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to asphalt pave and accessible parking pad and walkway, including striping and signage, at the Department's Fuller Bridge Access, located at Keys Road, Elma, Washington 98541, GPS coordinates 46.979336, -123.478444, in Grays Harbor County. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in an amount equal to at least five-percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06. For Base Bids of $150,000 or less, Owner may at Contractor Request, retain 10% of the amount of each progress payment, in lieu of payment and performance bonds Substantial Completion shall be achieved by December 6, 2024. Final Completion shall be achieved by December 17, 2024.
