Water Service Line Inventory Potholing The Project includes the following Work: Utility pot holing via vacuum extraction for purposes of determining water service and main material types at the water main, on the house and street sides of the existing curb stops, and at the entrance into homes and businesses for a random sampling of water service throughout the Portage Township service area. Also includes asphalt, concrete, and landscape restoration of excavated areas. Bids are requested for the following single prime Contract: Portage Township Water Service Line Inventory Potholing There will NOT be a prebid meeting for this project. All bidder inquiries are to be directed in writing via email to cholmes@upea.com. Prebid correspondence will be accepted until Tuesday, September 24 th , 2024, at 1:00 PM eastern time zone, at which time a prebid Q&A summary narrative will be compiled and distributed to all interested bidders and exchanges. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids
