All work necessary for the cured-in-place (CIP) trenchless lining rehabilitation of approximately 18,400 LF of 8"-18" diameter sanitary and storm sewer at various locations. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to 10 percent of the bid or a bid bond in equal amount, payable to the City as guaranty that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to execute such contract and performance bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. plans, specifications, and contracts on file with the City Clerk.
