Gradin Sports Park Phase II - Palmquist Frontage Improvements The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $450,000 to $500,000. The character of the work is Public Roadway Construction, including Paving, Concrete and Electrical. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: 410 TONS LEVEL 3, 1/2 INCH ACP MIXTURE 9 EACH STREETLIGHTS 1350 FOOT STREETLIGHT CONDUIT AND WIRING 1280 FOOT COMBINATION CURB AND GUTTER The Project Manager for this project is Will Jones, Engineering Technician Senior, Transportation Engineering, Department of Environmental Services, (503) 618-2686, will.jones@greshamoregon.gov. The project completion date is June 1, 2025. Contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed at the office of the Department of Environmental Services at Gresham City Hall. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
