The project completion date is June 1, 2025. Contract terms, conditions and specifications may be reviewed at the office of the Department of Environmental Services at Gresham City Hall. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
