The project is to construct an approximately 2.5' x 12' precast concrete monument sign, with a recessed light and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft, cashier's check or certified check payable to the order of the City of Warrenville, Illinois, in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the amount of the total contract price, as a guaranty that the bidder will execute the contract, if it is awarded, in conformity with the bid form. All questions must be submitted in writing to David Romero, dromero@warrenville.il.us, not later than 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 Review of proposals and acceptance or rejection of proposals shall be governed by the terms of the Request for Proposals. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and Labor and Material Payment Bonds on forms provided in the Specifications and Contract Documents, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. All bids shall be made on the forms provided and will be made part of the contract documents to be executed with the Owner.
