Bathroom Remodel - Van Buren Tech Bathroom Remodel (five) Scope of Work The VAN BUREN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT is soliciting competitive bids to remodel five bathrooms located at Van Buren Tech, 250 South Street, Lawrence, MI 49064. The company is responsible for all measurements and other details of this proposal. Response to this request for proposal is indication that the vendor has checked all aspects of this request. The awarded bidder must comply with the applicable Federal, State, and local safety requirements. Prior to initiation of services, the awarded bidder shall provide a copy of their written safety program, which shall include health, safety, and environmental quality for review. The Van Buren Intermediate School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of Van Buren Intermediate School District, and the right to award the contract to other than lowest bidder. The awarded bidder will file all necessary plans, prepare all documents, and obtain all necessary approvals of all governmental departments having jurisdiction, obtain all required certificates of inspection of work, and deliver same to the Van Buren Intermediate School District before acceptance and final payment of work if needed. Work must be completed during the time frame as follows: A102 and two small restrooms (teacher's lounge), during Holiday Break (12/23/2024- 1/3/2025 Main office restrooms, 6/16/2025-6/30/2025)
