The Bidder shall agree to fully complete the contract within Five Hundred (500) consecutive calendar days. Contractor is advised all Work identified in these Project Documents must be completed on or before December 31, 2025. Contractor is referred to these Project documents, specifically TS-1000, for further details regarding these time constraints. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section; and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity.
