Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished. This project will proceed under One (1) Lump Sum Prime Contract including: Contract # 101 - General Construction Replace exterior door panels, frame and hardware. The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later May 31st, 2025. RFI's are due to Jessie Woughter (jwoughter@labellapc.com) by October 3rd, 2024 by 5 pm to be answered and included in the final addendum. The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. NONCOLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid. PREVAILING WAGE RATES This is a prevailing wage rate job.
