The Project Includesthe Following Work: Constructingone 1,100 Gpm Pump Station Andone 50 Gpm Hydropneumaticpump Station. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On a Combination Lump Sum and Unit Price Basis. Each Bid Must Be Submitted Onthe Prescribed Form and Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Executed on the Prescribedform, Payable to Communitywater System, Pwa in an Amountnot Less Than 5 Percent of Theamount Bid. Bidders Shall Hold Such Contractors and Business Licensesas Required by State Statutes and The Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. The Owner Reserves the Right Towaive Irregularities and to Reject Bids and to Postpone the Award Ofthe Contract for a Period of Timewhich Shall Not Exceed Beyond 60days From the Bid Opening Date. Neither Owner Nor Engineer Will be Responsible for Full or Partial sets of Bidding Documents, Including Addenda if Any, Obtained from Sources Other Than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents Also Maybe Examined at the Office of Theengineer, Hanson & Mclaughlin, Llc, 320 Executive Court, Suite202, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, On Monday Through Friday Duringnormal Business Hours. Printed Copies of the Biddingdocuments May Be Purchasedfrom the Issuing Office, During the Hours Indicated Above, Upon Thenon-refundable Payment of$200.00 for Each Set. Checks Forbidding Documents Shall Bepayable to Hanson & Mclaughlin, Llc. Upon Request and Receipt Ofthe Document Payment Indicatedabove Plus a Non-refundable Shipping Charge, the Issuing Office Willtransmit the Bidding Documentsvia Delivery Service.
