SCOPE OF SERVICES Upon request of the City, the selected consultant shall provide a variety of geotechnical engineering and related services that may include, but are not limited to: 1. Geotechnical, Geological, or Hydro-geological investigation 2. Geotechnical, Geological, or Hydro-geological peer review 3. Geotechnical, Geological, or Hydro-geological analysis and reports 4. Geotechnical design 5. Geotechnical feasibility studies 6. Soil testing 7. Material testing 8. Environmental Site Assessments 9. Technical specification development 10. Retaining wall feasibility, recommendations, and/or design 11. Other related work requested by the City These services will be on an "as-needed" basis and a detailed scope of the services and list of deliverables will be determined on a task-by-task basis when such services are requested. A separate fee proposal will be required for each task order. BUDGET The contract duration is two years (January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026) and will not exceed $150,000 in total value. The City does not guarantee a specific volume of work under the Contract; work will be created through individual task orders. The City of Sammamish Department of Parks, Recreation & Facilities is soliciting interest from firms to provide geotechnical engineering services. The City strongly encourages women- and minority-owned firms to respond to this RFQ. This contract will be for a two-year duration.
