Reference Number : 0000363526 Bids for the Green Hill Pond, Factory Pond Stream and Teal Pond Stream Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and Nitrogen Reduction Implementation Project, which includes: the construction of stormwater retrofits at multiple sites within the Green Hill Pond Watershed. This includes a lined bioretention basin at Twin Peninsula Avenue, expansion of an existing infiltration basin on Green Hill Beach Road, a catchbasin infiltration trench retrofit, and multiple additional catch basin retrofit sites; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. Question Deadline 10/04/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online ; Yes . The Work shall be substantially complete within 200 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment within 230 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time. This Contract is being bid in accordance with the provisions of Rhode Island General Law Chapter 45-55, Award of Municipal Contracts, section 45-55-5 Competitive sealed bidding. This Project is to be funded wholly or in part with monies made available through a Southeast New England Program (SNEP) Grant and compliance with certain Federal provisions is required.
