The Commissioners' Court of Victoria County, Texas is accepting sealed bids for the following: VICTORIA COUNTY OLD JAIL DEMO AND NEW PARKING LOT The Victoria County Commissioners' Court is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Victoria County Old Jail Demo and New Parking Lot Project for the demolition of an existing building owned by Victoria County, Texas, and the construction of a new parking lot. Bidders shall refer to the Bid Documents for specific proposal security and bonding requirements. Bids shall include all requirements to be considered. The method of payment shall be from current Victoria County Operating Funds. Proposals shall be based on a lump sum fixed pricing and must include all materials, labor, permits, fees, bonds, and insurance. Awards will be made during a succeeding Victoria County Commissioners' Court meeting. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to accept any bid deemed by the County as providing the best value for and being most beneficial to the County, and to waive all formalities in the bid process. The projected budget (Architect's Estimate) for this project is $900,000 to $1,000,000.00.
