The CCEDA is soliciting proposals and statement of interest and qualifications from interested firms to provide a variety of services to include surveying, engineering, planning and feasibility studies, technical and support services, auction services and geotechnical. These services will be provided on an annual basis and renewable for a period of three years. The maximum amount of any work order shall be in accordance with the current Code of Virginia, section 2.2- 4301 or as amended. This solicitation also includes other Carroll County agencies or agencies that Carroll County is a member. There is no guarantee of the amount of work that will be authorized by this solicitation. It is the intention of Carroll County EDA to award multiple contracts under this solicitation. Qualifications Requirements: The successful firm(s) shall demonstrate expertise and experience in the fields listed below: Surveying, licensed in Virginia, knowledge and experience in complying with the Carroll County Subdivision ordinance Engineering, Feasibility studies, master planning, and engineering for Industrial and commercial sites, development of conceptual plans, cost estimating, design and permitting and grant writing. Auctioneers, Work with the CCEDA to develop schedule, advertise and conduct auctions on surplus CCEDA properties. The successful firm(s) shall demonstrate a knowledge of local, state and federal requirements along with successful experiences in the fields noted. Since the CCEDA work is time sensitive the proposal shall address the firm's ability to respond on short notice and complete projects on the client's schedule. Demonstrating performance in being on time and on budget is essential to being selected. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
