Which is located at 143 union valley road, Monroe township, new jersey. Cash or check will be accepted from the date of Advertisement up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the date initially scheduled for receipt of bids (extension not included) and only cash, money order or certified check will be accepted for bidding Documents requested during the seven (7) calendar days prior to the initially scheduled date for Receipt of bids. Bid security must accompany each bid and shall be in the amount of 10% of the bid, but Not to exceed $20,000, and may be given at the option of the bidder by certified check, cashier's check or Bid bond. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety Company, licensed to conduct business in the state of new jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance and maintenance bond upon the award of contract. The accepted bidder must sign the Contract within ten (10) days after the notice of award or forfeit his bid security.
