The San Bernardino County, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) Department (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide window cleaning and power washing services to the campus at ARMC. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. The Contract period will be for a maximum of five years beginning on the date an agreement is signed by San Bernardino County's Board of Supervisors or its designee. Date for Tentative Contract Award November 2024 The County reserves the right to issue amendments or addendums to this RFP if the County considers that changes are necessary or additional information is needed. This RFP does not commit the County to award a contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. The County also reserves the right to terminate this RFP process at any time. Provide copies of all licenses, permits and/or certifications in Attachment C as required under Section X.
