The first (Volume 01), My Old Kentucky Home Campground, will consist of a full renovation of the existing campground. The existing site will be demolished and cleared, the existing bathhouse will be demolished, and the majority of the utilities will be removed or abandoned. New work for My Old Kentucky Home will consist of an approximately 1,600 sq foot bathhouse, all new asphalt drives, camping spurs and living areas and all new utilities throughout. A new campground loop will be added to expand the campground. The second (Volume 02), Taylorsville Lake Campground, will consist primarily of all new utility work. New water service throughout the campground, along with new electrical services and select sanitary sewer improvements to existing campsites. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT.
