DMC Walkers Square Third Floor Classroom Buildout. Project Location: MATC - WSQ (Walker's Square Campus) 816 W. National Ave. Milwaukee Wi 53204 A copy of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 10% of maximum Bid shall accompany each uploaded Bid as guarantee that if Bid is accepted the Bidder will file proposed Contract and Bond within ten (10) days after being notified of acceptance of Bid. Bidder must be prepared to provide a hard copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond to MATC within 48 hours of notification that they are the low bidder or as requested by MATC. Company executing Bid Bond must be licensed to do business in Wisconsin. Certified check or Cashier's check shall be made payable to the order of Milwaukee Area Technical College. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, to insure the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all persons performing the labor and furnishing material in connection with the Contract. Questions that cannot be answered by reviewing the bid documents should be directed to MATC Facilities Planning and Construction at matcfpc@matc.edu. Question Deadline 10/07/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions related to the Bid or Project must be received at MATCFPC@matc.edu. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept any bid, which it may deem to be in the best interest of the Board.
