SCOPE. The Proposer shall perform and provide all labor, transportation, services, and equipment necessary and reasonably incidental to perform snow clearing and removal services across the Airport's campus. The areas requiring snow clearing and removal labor, equipment and services are listed below: Employee Parking Lot - 737,566 sq ft CNG Tank Area - 14,764 sq ft Gassaway Building Parking Lot - 63,550 sq ft Gold Building Parking Lot - 188,203 sq ft PMO Parking Lot - 251,779 sq ft BNA Express Parking Lot - 424,165 sq ft Terminal Lot A Walkway - Approx. 1,800 ft Terminal Garage 1 Entry and Exit - 44,188 sq ft Terminal Garage 2 Entry and Exit - 38,297 sq ft Cell phone lot - 1,163 sq ft Eight (8) Common Use Gates as assigned Snow piles located on Ramp areas as assigned Knights of Columbus Road (from Briley Parkway) - approximately 1.2 miles from Briley Parkway through the gate to where the salt barn is located Knapp Road between Hangar Lane and Faircloth Lane, crossing over Donelson Pike (Donelson Pike intersection is not included) Removal of snow piles from runway clearance by MNAA personnel. This will require dump trucks to be on the ramp(s) in this process. (MNAA has an on-site location for the snow to be dumped/off-loaded). This will be as an "As Need" basis at the hourly rates provided. Removal of snow around the terminal on the apron areas (apron areas are defined as from the terminal to the movement line and is located inside the secured area of the airport and will require a BNA issued badge to access this area). This area will be on an "As Need" basis. MNAA will direct the Contractor as to when this area will need to be serviced. Proposers will be required to register with the e-bidding platform prior to downloading the proposal. Registration is free. The Proposer must scan all required proposal documents, including the Prime/Subcontractor License Information (if applicable) and upload to the appropriate solicitation file on the e-bidding system. All submittal questions shall be directed to the Procurement Department, fax number (615) 275-2349 or email: Purchasing@flynashville.com. RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS. MNAA proposes to award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Proposer, provided it has met the goals for SMWBE participation or, if failing to meet the goals, has made an acceptable good faith effort to meet the established goals for the SMWBE participation. Proposer is advised that MNAA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Proposal or Proposal Guaranty, to accept any Proposal deemed advantageous to it and to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Proposer.
