PHILLIPS PARK OUTDOOR CHESS PATIO FACILITY IMPROVEMENT, including but not limited to Site mobilization, clearing, grubbing and grading, soil compaction, hauling, site installation of erosion control and construction, restoration and stabilization and, disposal offsite of all material removed in areas of proposed land disturbance, installation of concrete pavement and base material, installation of site furnishings, striping and marking of court pursuant to construction documents.
