The City of North Miami, Florida ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Housing Inspection Services to the City. The City of North Miami (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed and experienced firms to conduct inspections on behalf of the City in order to determine the extent of rehabilitation needed in residential homes and to estimate the cost for repair projects. The number of homes to be inspected shall be determined by the availability of funds for rehabilitation projects. Please submit one (1) original Proposal, two (2) copies of the original Proposal and one (1) digital copy on a USB Flash Drive either by mail or hand delivery in response to this Solicitation. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the individual and/or company, and the address as well as the number and title of this Solicitation by no later than the Submittal deadline specified in the Solicitation. This Contract shall remain in effect for the entirety of the initial term provided that the services are scheduled to end because of the expiration of this Contract, the Vendor shall continue the services upon the request of the City Manager. Funding for this Agreement is contingent on the availability of funds and continued authorization for program activities and the Agreement is subject to amendment or termination due to lack of funds, reduction of funds and/or change in regulations, upon thirty (30) days' notice. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive minor irregularities in the procedure.
