Naval Audit Service is looking for quotes related to annual repair and preventive maintenance for an existing Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Location of Performance. Naval Audit Service, Naval Base Point Loma, 140 Sylvester Road, Building 140A, Room D-203A, 2nd Deck San Diego, CA 92106 The IDS architecture supports a controlled environment that provides users access to a secured room through a designated access roster. The controlled environment allows users to access specified information processing systems and storage options while within a confined space. All existing equipment is Trade Agreement Act (TAA) and Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 compliant. All software is Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 compliant. a. Maintenance is inclusive of repair (as needed) and preventative. - Repair contractor shall respond to telephonic request for repair maintenance within one (1) hour of notification and provide all needed replacement parts; the system shall not be down/inoperable for more than 24 hours from time of first repair notification. - Preventative a minimum of two (2) system maintenance services, with tests, per year b. Contractor shall maintain all maintenance records (both repair and preventive), to include tests and their results, and provide a copy to the COR within five calendar days of request by COR. Logs are to include invoices received by contractor for replacement parts. Format can be at contractor's discretion and submitted electronically, to the COR, within five business days of request for a copy. (Deliverable 0001) The quote shall include the entire quantities listed (no substitutions), all or none. Period of Performance will begin on or before 9/30/2024. This method of payment will be Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). All quotes shall be submitted to rufus.i.lassiter.civ@us.navy.mil NLT SEPTEMBER 25, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST, with a copy sent to the contract specialist, Mr. Rufus Lassiter at rufus.i.lassiter.civ@us.navy.mil. The Government will not accept questions after 9/23/2024 2:00pm (EST)
